Services are priced for the exact vehicle and agreed work, not a universal flat-rate service price.
Initial one-hour diagnostic allowance. Further diagnostic time requires agreement. Assessment charges are separate and not credited against repairs.
All diagnostic/assessment appointments are chargeable except the free 15-minute Powerflow assessment.
Jobs totalling £1,500 or more including VAT require a 50% deposit.
All Torque Monsta workshop jobs require a 50% deposit regardless of value.
No automatic forfeiture: applicable, evidenced non-returnable parts/restocking costs and justified losses may be deducted, subject to consumer rights.
Hidden wear, corrosion and seized components can emerge during necessary dismantling despite reasonable care. Explain findings and seek approval for extra chargeable work before proceeding wherever practicable. Breakage itself does not authorise further repairs.
12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first; component/consumable-specific conditions explained. Manual gearbox, differential and transfer-box rebuilds follow this cover.
Lifetime cover for the original repaired fault, restricted to the original customer and non-transferable. Covered removal/refitting is free. Different/additional faults are separate chargeable work, agreed first.
Three months on all Torque workshop labour; component warranty is brand/manufacturer-specific. Powerflow has its separate guarantee.
Lifetime system guarantee while the original customer owns the vehicle, non-transferable. Component exclusions/shorter periods and conditions in the full Powerflow guarantee still apply.
Some batteries have up to three years and timing belts may have two years, depending on the component/brand. Confirm actual cover for the supplied part. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Contact the workshop first where possible, before arranging third-party repairs, so the original work can be assessed.
Agreed labour to the point of discovery and authorised rectification may be chargeable. This does not remove rights concerning the workshop’s own work.
Locking wheel-nut key in cupholder or passenger seat, relevant keys, non-digital service book and previous reports. Request digital service-history updates explicitly.
99 RON petrol preferred for best results. Disclose 97 RON or other intended fuel before calibration so suitability can be agreed. Octane guidance does not apply to diesel. Disclose all existing modifications/remaps.
Drain waste tanks and other habitation fluids before arrival; clear access and remove valuables.
Telephone before arranging third-party delivery. Capacity and job suitability must be agreed; we do not carry out recovery ourselves.
Remove child seats where possible when they obstruct the work area. Customers are responsible for refitting their child seats.
Dash cameras are switched off or unplugged during MOT tests and switched back on or reconnected before handover.
Leave sufficient fuel for any necessary road testing and investigations. Tell reception about any relevant operating instructions.
Workshop records are kept. Relevant findings, measurements, images and modification details can be explained/shared by agreement; no automated customer download service is promised.
Optional videos/photos to reception@vulcan-motors.co.uk or WhatsApp 07506 880593. Reception: Lisanne, Imogen or Gary Parker. Phone 01252 870818, Option 1.

No additional-language assistance is currently offered.
Two commercial-rated ramps accommodate suitable vehicles up to 5.5 tonnes; ATL lane rated up to 5.4 tonnes. MOT class, dimensions, axle loading and safe fitment still determine acceptance.
Reception Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00; workshop 08:30–17:30. Last MOT start 16:45 weekdays and 12:15 Saturday; usual test duration 45 minutes.
Both workshop brands invoice through Vulcan Motors Ltd. Torque Monsta Automotive LLP is the separate web shop; holdings company is parent only.
Only basic hybrid-engine work by agreement; no EV electrical/diagnostic work.
Vehicles with breathalyser interlocks or unusual starting procedures are not accepted.
Ordinary servicing and repairs can be considered where adaptations permit safe access and work. This does not include repair of the adaptations themselves.
Trade contract pricing and account terms by agreement; do not advertise blanket discounts or guaranteed priority.
Step-free access, customer seating and an accessible toilet are available. Tell reception about any particular access requirements when booking.
Waiting is available for selected jobs only when arranged with reception before the appointment.
Tell reception at the time of booking that you need an out-of-hours drop-off. Instructions and the agreed parking/key arrangements are supplied during booking.
Another person can collect with your prior permission. Communicate the arrangement and collector’s details to reception before collection.
Collect within two days after notification that the vehicle is complete unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. After that period, storage is charged at £35 plus VAT (£42 including VAT) per day, including weekends.
Customers and referring garages organise their own transport of removed components. Confirm workshop acceptance and the agreed assessment before dispatch or delivery.
Torque Monsta sponsors Hybrid Performance and works alongside Lee and his admin team to provide additional member perks. We also serve Audi Quattro Owners UK members and welcome enquiries from other car clubs.
Operation and maintenance guidance for installed equipment is provided when required or requested.
These warranty arrangements are additional to, and do not affect, your statutory rights. Read the workshop terms. Ask reception about your planned work.
