How Vulcan Motors Ltd handles Torque Monsta workshop enquiries and personal information.
Torque Monsta Automotive is the performance workshop brand. All Vulcan Motors and Torque Monsta workshop jobs are invoiced by Vulcan Motors Ltd (company number 02819411). Torque Monsta Automotive LLP is the separate webshop business only. Vulcan Motors Holdings Limited is the parent company, not the workshop invoicing company or webshop seller.
Contact reception@vulcan-motors.co.uk about workshop information. Separate webshop transactions are subject to the webshop’s own privacy information.
We may receive contact details, vehicle information and enquiry content when you call, email, message or use a connected form.
To respond, prepare estimates, arrange work, provide services and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Enquiries that do not become workshop jobs are retained for 90 days from the initial enquiry. Accounting records are kept for six years from the end of the financial year they relate to, or longer where a legal requirement applies. Information needed for ongoing work, a dispute or another legal obligation may need to be retained beyond the ordinary enquiry period. Contact reception@vulcan-motors.co.uk about your information.
Ask about information held about you, or request correction or deletion where the law allows.
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, confirmed website enquiries and clicks on telephone, email, booking and parts-shop links. Clicks do not establish that a call, appointment or purchase was completed. Custom enquiry events do not include your name, vehicle registration or message. Google receives technical information needed to provide its service.

Consent is stored separately on each website in your browser under workshop-analytics-consent-v1, until you change it or clear browser storage. Refusing analytics does not prevent you contacting us or using our booking links. You can also remove existing cookies through your browser settings.
Wix hosts this website and processes its enquiry forms. Google provides optional analytics and remotely loaded fonts. External booking and vehicle-lookup tools are supplied by other providers and can receive technical information when loaded; they have their own privacy and cookie settings. This website’s analytics choice does not control those embedded services. You can telephone reception instead of entering details into an online booking tool.
