Build around an objective
We offer project management for multi-stage customer builds. Begin with what you want the car to do, its current condition, budget and intended use—not just a target horsepower figure.
Daily driving, show presentation and track use can create different priorities. We help define the stages and the supporting work so each decision fits the wider project.
- Current specification and service history
- Road, show and track priorities
- Budget, phasing and parts availability
- Fuel choice and expected maintenance
Plan the supporting systems
We coordinate suitable intake and forced-induction kits, cooling, fuelling, drivetrain and chassis upgrades with supported calibration work. Replacement intake, intercooler and charge-pipe kits are generally preferred to custom fabrication.
Forged engine and performance gearbox build enquiries are considered as vehicle-specific projects. Availability and exact scope must be agreed; this is not a blanket offer to rebuild every automatic or DSG gearbox.
- Engine condition and component suitability
- Oil cooling and catch-can installations
- Fuel-system and ethanol-compatible build requirements
- Clutch, differential and drivetrain capability
- Braking, suspension, wheels and geometry
From agreed scope to handover
The agreed plan identifies stages, dependencies and approval points. If inspection reveals additional work or a parts change affects the package, we discuss it before expanding the job.
Live data logging and bespoke calibration development are available where supported. We do not offer dyno power runs or promise a fixed power result. Handover includes the agreed specification and relevant maintenance or follow-up advice.
- Document the starting specification
- Agree hardware and installation stages
- Validate supported systems and calibration
- Review maintenance and the next planned stage
