In-house work and managed specialist routes

  • Tuning, compatible bolt-on hardware, Powerflow fabrication and many chassis, mechanical and retrofit jobs are handled by our workshop.
  • Complete engine builds/machining, paintwork, reupholstery, headlining, starlight work, wraps, PPF, ceramic protection and paint correction use external specialist routes.
  • Rear wings requiring drilling are fitted through a specialist partner. The installer, scope, timing and aftercare are explained for the individual job.
  • We supply and fit supported CarPlay and Android Auto solutions. Speaker, amplifier and parking or reversing-camera installations are not offered.

Can you plan a complete build rather than one part?

Yes. Start with the target, current specification, budget and intended use. The team can sequence supporting mechanical work, hardware, calibration, exhaust, braking, suspension, wheels, tyres, coding and finishing work so components are not bought twice.

Do you supply parts or only fit them?

Both routes can be considered. Torque Monsta can source from established brands and the expanding parts-store catalogue, or inspect suitable customer-supplied parts before agreeing fitment, labour and warranty responsibility.

What if I only know how I want the car to feel?

That is enough to begin. Describe response, sound, comfort, appearance, road or track use and anything you do not want to compromise. A technical parts list can follow the conversation.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Torque workshop jobs, including Powerflow fabrication, require a 50% deposit before parts ordering or confirming the work booking. The initial free Powerflow assessment remains free and no-obligation. Ask for the written payment and cancellation terms before paying; statutory rights are unaffected.

How will you keep me updated?

We use phone, WhatsApp or email, with written confirmation of changes to project cost or scope. Photos and progress updates can be requested. Parts availability, additional findings and agreed milestones affect the programme.

Will this work on my exact vehicle?

Compatibility depends on registration, model year, engine or transmission code, software and current modifications. Send those details and we will confirm the appropriate route before booking.

Do you provide fixed prices?

Straightforward packages can often be quoted in advance. Bespoke builds, fabrication and diagnostic work are estimated after the vehicle and required parts have been properly scoped.

Will modification affect insurance or warranty?

It can. Modifications should be declared to the insurer, and manufacturer or third-party warranty coverage may be affected. We recommend confirming your position before authorising work.

Can I supply my own parts?

Often, subject to inspection, suitability and workshop agreement. We cannot guarantee the quality or compatibility of customer-supplied parts, and additional labour may apply if they do not fit as expected.

What happens before handover?

The catalogue is broad, but the recommendation remains selective: the best project is the one whose parts, software and supporting systems work together. The installed system or calibration is checked, and we explain relevant operation, bedding-in, maintenance or follow-up advice.
