01Supercharged V6 development
The performance specification centres on Stage 2+ ECU calibration and an Integrated Engineering 207 mm overdrive crank pulley. The pulley changes the supercharger drive ratio; supporting hardware and calibration need to be considered together rather than treating a pulley as an isolated upgrade.
- Stage 2+ ECU calibration
- Integrated Engineering 207 mm overdrive crank pulley
- New supercharger
- Supercharger clutch-delete conversion
- CTS Turbo high-flow intake
- Approximately 540 bhp stated in the build portfolio; no dyno chart is presented here
02Transmission and power delivery
A Stage 2 transmission calibration accompanies the engine work. On this car the seven-speed DSG / S Tronic gearbox and Quattro drivetrain remain central to the brief: bring the engine and transmission specifications together while retaining the usefulness of a road-going Sportback.
- Seven-speed S Tronic transmission
- Stage 2 DSG / S Tronic calibration
- Quattro all-wheel drive
- Engine and gearbox tuning treated as one package
03A hand-built, valved exhaust
A custom stainless-steel exhaust by Powerflow × Torque Monsta gives the Ghost its own voice. The gallery includes close-up views of the paired outlets, valve hardware and fabrication details, so there is more to explore than the finished rear view.
- Custom hand-built stainless-steel system
- Valved exhaust configuration
- Paired tailpipe finish integrated with the rear styling
- Every new custom-exhaust enquiry starts with a free, no-obligation 15-minute Powerflow assessment; a quotation follows inspection
04Cooling, seals and preventative care
The portfolio records extensive renewal work alongside the performance upgrades. It is an important part of the story: an older performance car needs attention to the components around the engine, not just its headline output. The original workshop photographs show the access and detail involved.
- New thermostat, water pump and coolant regulator
- New coolant expansion tank, hoses and seals
- New PCV valve and injector seals
- New oil pressure / level sensor
- Servicing recorded at 6,000-mile intervals in the portfolio
05Chassis, brakes and wheel fitment
Suspension renewal and four-wheel alignment sit alongside EBC braking components. The result is a specification that addresses the chassis as well as the engine. Wheel, tyre and spacer fitment also contribute to the Ghost’s stance.
- Front suspension refresh
- New front and rear shock absorbers and springs
- Professional four-wheel alignment
- EBC Redstuff pads front and rear
- EBC dimpled and grooved discs front and rear
- New alloy wheels, matching tyres, spacers and colour-matched rim protectors
06The Ghost identity
Satin blue is set against a carbon-effect bonnet wrap and carbon exterior additions. The Sportback silhouette remains recognisably Audi, while the grille, lighting, rear diffuser and small accents give this car an identity of its own. Gallery photographs document different moments in its development.
- Satin-blue body wrap and carbon-effect bonnet wrap
- Carbon front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser and ducktail spoiler
- Honeycomb grille
- LED headlight and rear-light upgrades
- Dynamic mirror indicators and rear diffuser rain-light styling
- Rose-gold exterior accents
07Everyday supporting systems
The less visible jobs matter to an everyday build too. The maintenance record includes air-conditioning components and a replacement AGM battery alongside the mechanical work. These are part of the wider effort to keep the car usable, not simply more powerful.
- New air-conditioning condenser and pressure switch
- Bosch S5 AGM battery
- Premium and genuine Audi components recorded throughout the maintenance programme
- Performance, comfort and ongoing maintenance considered together
