The project

Built around the brief.

A custom exhaust starts with the vehicle on the ramp, not a price guessed from a photograph. The assessment identifies the available space, original components, valve strategy, condition and the customer’s sound and appearance goals. Only then can the correct route be designed and fabricated.

The exact components, settings and outcome of every project depend on the individual vehicle, its condition, existing modifications and agreed use. No power or performance figure is implied unless it has been measured and documented for that specific car.

From idea to handover

How the build
comes together.

Each stage has a reason. Open planning, compatibility checks and an agreed sequence help avoid buying the wrong part twice.

01

Assessment first

The fabricator inspects the original system, mounting points, clearances and the condition of surrounding components before discussing a build.

  • Existing system and corrosion
  • Original valves and actuators
  • Ground and body clearance
  • Heat-sensitive areas and service access
02

Choose the route

The project can range from a rear-section or back-box change to a cat-back or more extensive system, subject to the vehicle and road-use requirements.

  • Rear section or back-box route
  • Centre section and resonator options
  • Cat-back configuration
  • Repair or adaptation where appropriate
03

Sound and finish

Silencer volume, resonator choice, pipe route, valve strategy and tailpipe design all affect the finished character.

  • Subtle, sporty or more purposeful sound
  • Resonated and non-resonated considerations
  • Single, twin, oval and slash-cut presentation
  • OEM-valve retention or compatible alternatives where feasible
04

Fabricate and verify

The agreed system is built and aligned on the vehicle, then checked for clearance, mounting, leakage and presentation.

  • Measured cutting and positioning
  • Purposeful hanger placement
  • Weld and joint inspection
  • Final alignment and handover

What a successful route delivers

More coherent.
More understandable.

  1. 01

A system designed around the actual vehicle

  2. 02

Sound and appearance discussed before fabrication

  3. 03

Clear consideration of original valves, clearances and road use

  4. 04

A final fit checked for alignment and workmanship
